Cooking class a Phan Thiet

The culinary tour begins with an early morning tour to Phan Thiet market to collect the ingredients for the cooking class. Breakfast is in a traditional local restaurant, followed by a visit to a fish sauce factory to learn about the typical Vietnamese specialty. With the ingredients collected, participants return to the resort for a two-hour cooking class led by French chef Alain Nguyen and his Vietnamese sous-chef.

Guests will be able to discover the scents and textures typical of Phan Thiet during a briefing on Vietnamese herbs, and learn how to cook classic cuisines such as fresh spring rolls and fish in clay-pot. After enjoying the cooked dishes over lunch, the day ends with a soothing one-hour massage.
