The central highlands of Vietnam are a region of deep spirituality and wild nature, where local traditions are still strongly rooted in the everyday life of the Vietnamese. As you will be able to see with this excursion, the landscape is littered with coffee plantations, farms and villages. As you will pass through them you will be able to have a taste of the local folklore in the Gia Rai stilts architecture, in the local rice wine and in the animism rituals that are still practiced today by the Bahnar, famous for the dances with the rhythm of the numerous bamboo instruments  that are produced here.
