The path towards the east, flanking the mountains of Hajar, is a sequence of valleys facing the sea, of castles and forts and palm groves. Starting from the lush oasis of Al Dhaid, well-known for its fruit plantations, you will continue to Masafi among the spectacular mountains of Hajar, in order to come back down and reach the coastal village of Dibba. Here it’s located the most ancient mosque of the Emirates, the one of Badiyah, called the “Ottoman mosque” for its unique design: four little domes supported by a solid central column.
