During January and February an Ice Festival, the most important in the world, is organized in Harbin. The extremely cold and dry climate of the region prevents the melting of the sculptures, that can represent enormous copies of monuments and palaces, such as the Parthenon, the Opera House, the entire Forbidden City and functioning casinos. An ice sculpture exhibition of this size can’t be found anywhere else: you can’t miss it!
