Royal Mansour

Where:
Marrakech
The Royal Mansour, located in Hivernage on the eastern edge of the medina, between the old town and the Ville Nouvelle, is the mecca of luxury in Marrakech. Designed by King Mohammed VI, it was conceived as a "medina within a medina", with 53 private riads set within five hectares of scented Moorish gardens.
Over 1,500 of the country's finest craftsmen have worked tirelessly to recreate Moorish luxury with their handworks, such as fine zellij (geometric mosaics), carved cedarwood, intricate stuccowork, and beaten and cut bronze and silver furniture, opulent marble, silk rugs, embroidered damask curtains, Baccarat chandeliers.
An impressive staff of over 500 members takes care of guests' every need. The property offers a large outdoor swimming pool, a Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Jardin, two other restaurants (one Moroccan, one French), three bars and the most beautiful hammam and spa in Marrakech.
